The widget isn't showing at all
If the accessibility button doesn't appear anywhere on your site, work through these in order.
1. Give it a moment
The widget loads after the rest of your page. On a slow page it appears a second or two late. Reload and wait for the page to finish loading before deciding it's missing.
2. Is the script actually on the page?
- Open your site, right-click → View Page Source (or open DevTools → Elements).
- Search for
plugin.inclusifyx.com.
If it's not there, the snippet isn't on the page. Add it before </body> in your site's global template — see Install the widget. If it's on the home page but missing on others, see The widget shows on some pages but not others.
3. Is the domain verified?
The widget is only served on a Verified domain. On the Domains page, check the status. If it's Pending Verification, finish Verify your domain.
4. Is the data-site token correct?
The token in your snippet's data-site is unique to your domain. If you copied a snippet from a different domain, the widget won't serve. Re-copy the snippet from the correct domain on the Domains page with Copy.
5. Still nothing?
- Check the browser console (DevTools → Console) for errors mentioning the script URL.
- Confirm the snippet wasn't altered — if your dashboard shows an
integrityattribute, the tag must match exactly. Re-copy it rather than editing by hand. - Try the page in a private/incognito window to rule out an extension or cache.
Once a real page load succeeds, the domain moves to Active in your dashboard.
