Add and manage domains

Every site you want the widget on is a domain in your dashboard. You add it, verify ownership, then install the widget.

Add a domain

1. Open the Domains page from the left sidebar.
2. Click Add Domain (top-right).
3. Enter the domain — the bare hostname, e.g. example.com — and confirm.

The new domain appears with status Pending Verification.

Verify it

Open the domain and choose Verify, then follow Verify your domain. Once verified, the install snippet becomes available.

Per-domain actions

Each domain row shows an action that depends on its state:

• Verify — for a domain that's still pending. Opens the verification dialog.
• Install — for a verified domain that hasn't loaded the widget yet. Shows the snippet.
• Configure — for an active domain. Opens its Widget Settings.
• Troubleshoot — for a domain that was active but has gone quiet.

Subdomains are separate

shop.example.com and example.com are different domains. Add and verify each one you want the widget on.
